Delivery & Returns
You may be able to order Fullgreen products via ecommerce services on this website – to be delivered to your home or office. We want our delivery and returns process to be cost-efficient and our policy to be transparent and fair – ensuring your rights are protected. Here’s how it works.
Please note fulfilment for our Riced Vegetables and Merchandise are separate and will be dispatched separately. Details on each are below
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Orders will then be delivered with 2-5 days of dispatch, but may take longer due to weather, delays and unforeseen circumstances. If you have not received your order within 5 days of your transaction please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will strive to make things right
If our service cannot deliver to your region or street address, we aim to inform you of this in advance and not accept your order. In cases where an order has been accepted but delivery is later deemed impossible, your payment will be refunded in full (unless the customer has provided incorrect delivery details).
We currently use DPD, Yodel and Amazon as delivery partners, so in some cases your order may arrive in an Amazon branded outer case, but please rest assured this is your order and us just looking to use the best in class delivery we can in this unprecedented circumstances.
For subscriptions all the same delivery timings and notes also apply
All merchandise is printed and fulfilled by our partner 'printful'. Products are fulfilled via Europe and may take up to 5 days to dispatch and 10 days to ship.
Shipping and taxes
The cost of shipping if applicable will be added at checkout.
For merchandise fulfilled out of Europe Fullgreen will collect VAT as part of your order and there will be no additional payment required upon receipt of the goods
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@fullgreen.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (please not return shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser and we recommend tracked delivery to ensure there are no issues)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item you have purchased is not what you wanted or you wish to exchange it please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will endeavour to correct the order for you depending on where it is in processing, or can discuss your options for replacement
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Faulty Items purchases from 3rd parties
We do not accept responsibility for items purchased from 3rd party re-sellers, including Amazon shops that are not operated by Fullgreen. These items should be returned to the store from which they were purchased or customer services should be contacted in order to make alternative arrangements. If in doubt, please Contact Us and we will advise you.
