Fullgreen UK Ltd (trading as Fullgreen, company number 10012921, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Fullgreen Ltd) is an organisation that aims to make healthy eating easier. Who We Share Your Personal Information With

    • Providers of third party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, HotJar, GRIN, Brandbassador and Facebook Pixel to enable us to identify our customer base, target our advertising and that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of this website;
    • Our CRM and website functionality providers such as Klaviyo, Accentuate, Searchanise and Swym to enable us to deliver our site, manage our customer relationships, manage our marketing strategy and customise our site based on your purchasing preferences;
    • Our E-commerce and payment processing providers such as Shopify and ReCharge, for E-commerce processing;
    • Our shipment and delivery service providers such as Amazon and boughey, for order fulfilment;
  • with selected third parties who we contract with to provide professional services such as our insurers, accountants, auditors and lawyers.

We may also disclose your personal data to third parties in the following events:

 

  • if we were to sell or buy any business or assets or to receive third party investment, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective investor, seller or buyer of such business or assets as part of that investment or sale;
  • if Fullgreen or substantially all of its assets, are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets;

Transfer Of Information Out Of The EEA
