Ingredients

  • 2 Pouches Fullgreen Riced Cauliflower & Broccoli
  • Two chicken fillets, sliced and cooked in spices
  • 1 Thai chilli pepper
  • Handful of sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado - diced

Method

  1. 1 Cook your chicken in a little olive oil, season and add your spices.
  2. 2 Heat the Fullgreen Veggie Rice pouches in the microwave or pan.
  3. 3 Slice and prep all the veggies.
  4. 4 Lay the cauli rice on the bottom of two bowls, top with the chicken, sliced veggies and finally the Thai pepper.
