Fiery Chicken Cauli Rice Bowl

- 2 Pouches Fullgreen Riced Cauliflower & Broccoli
- Two chicken fillets, sliced and cooked in spices
- 1 Thai chilli pepper
- Handful of sliced Jalapeno Peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado - diced
- 1 Cook your chicken in a little olive oil, season and add your spices.
- 2 Heat the Fullgreen Veggie Rice pouches in the microwave or pan.
- 3 Slice and prep all the veggies.
- 4 Lay the cauli rice on the bottom of two bowls, top with the chicken, sliced veggies and finally the Thai pepper.
