Ingredients
- 1 pack of Fullgreen Cauliflower Rice (200g / 7oz)
- 1 Medium Egg
- 1 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
- 50g / 1⁄2 Cup of Chickpea Flour
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- 1 Preheat your waffle iron with a little oil
- 2 In the meantime, add all the Cauffle ingredients to a bowl and whisk them together. Season with a little Salt and Pepper
- 3 When the waffle iron is ready, distribute the cauffle batter evenly across the waffle iron and cook until golden (4-8 minutes in a medium‑hot iron)
- 4 While the waffle is cooking, prepare your toppings
- 5 As soon as everything is perfectly cooked, serve and ENJOY!
