Ingredients
- 1 Pouch Cauliflower Rice with Broccoli
- 1/2 Cup Dry Quinoa
- 1 Cup water or vegetable stock -1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs -1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning -1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Method
- 1 Cook 1/2 cup Quinoa with 1 cup water or vegetable stock according to packet instructions.
- 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked Cauli Rice with the Quinoa and other ingredients
- 3 Preheat the Oven to 400F/200C
- 4 In the meantime, line a baking tray with parchment paper
- 5 Roll batter into little balls and place on the baking tray.
- 6 Cook for 15 minutes and turn. Then cook for another 10 minutes.
- 7 Whilst the veggie balls are baking, prepare a simple tomato sauce and some pasta, or simply serve with buttered pasta and a little cheese
